SNOB respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect when you contact us, book an appointment or request event tickets, how we use it and the rights you have over your information.

What we collect

When you submit a contact, appointment or event ticket form, or book through our scheduler, we collect your name, email address, telephone number and details you choose to provide. For event requests this may include ticket quantity, interests, consent choices and campaign or referral information associated with your visit.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and confirm appointments, manage event ticket requests and communication, and provide an associated voucher where applicable. Booking is managed through Calendly, which processes appointment details on our behalf. We only send wider news and offers when you have given optional marketing consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Information is only shared with the providers we use to run the boutique (email, scheduling and website hosting), and only to the extent needed to deliver the service.

Retention

We keep enquiry, appointment and event request records for as long as needed to manage your visit, ticket request and any relevant follow-up, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@s-n-o-b.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
